A murder suspect has been arrested after two-years on the run

TUCSON (KGUN 9-TV) - Tucson Police have made an arrest in a murder case involving a man who was found deceased with obvious signs of trauma two years ago.
Bobby Francisco Lopez, 27, was discovered in Nogales, Sonora by Arizona WANTED investigators after a two-year investigation.
He was handed over to U.S. Marshals yesterday and and booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail.
He is being charged with one count of 1st Degree Murder, one count of armed Robbery and one count of Aggravated Assault.
Tucson Police found Mahesh Patel, 54, dead on arrival when they responed to a call from a Catalina Mart July 5, 2010. A warrent for the arrest of Bobby Francisco Lopez was issued a few days later.
