TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - An arrest has been made in the homicide investigation taking place in the 100 Block of West Tennessee Street.
According to Sgt. Chris Widmer of the Tucson Police Department, Jesus Martin Valenzuela, 47, was charged with second-degree murder.
Tucson police received an early morning call July 9th about a man lying in the street.
During the investigation detectives learned that the victim and the suspect got into a verbal despute before the altercation turned deadly.
The victim's identification has not yet been identified.
