Man, 3-year-old son drown

SEARCHLIGHT, Nev. (AP) - A 36-year-old man and his 3-year-old son have drowned on Lake Mohave.
National Park Service spokesman Randy Lavasseur says authorities were investigating Sunday's drownings.
Authorities say there were no witnesses to the drowning.
Swimmers spotted the man and his son floating in the water about 25 yards from the shoreline.
Neither person was wearing a life preserver.
The park service says the boy was rushed to a hospital but later died.
