Tucson man pleads guilty in murder case

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A Tucson man accused of killing a motorist after robbing a drug store is facing up to 48 years in prison after a plea agreement Tuesday, according to Anne-Marie Braswell with the Pima County Superior Court.
Patrick Filomeno Gutierrez, 45, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, robbery and two counts of endangerment from the incident on April 1, 2011.
He will be sentenced Sept. 27.
