TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - A Tempe man is facing charges after police said he passed out in his car with his two children inside.
KSAZ-TV reports that 36-year-old Ramon Carrillo was found intoxicated Monday with his one-year-old and two-year-old in the car.
Police say keys were in the car ignition, and neither the motor nor the air conditioning were running.
Authorities also say a handgun was found under the two-year-old's seat.
Carrillo is now facing charges of child abuse and aggravated DUI.
It was unclear if he had an attorney.
