DPS investigating fatal collision near Vail

VAIL, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating a fatal collision that has left a 24-year-old female deceased.
Dave Hopkins with DPS tells KGUN9 that fatality occurred on Westbound Interstate 10 at Milepost 278.8 (between Colossal Cave and Houghton Road).
The female driver was moving at a high rate of speed, went in to the median, over-corrected and rolled the vehicle, says Hopkins.
The driver was the sole occupant in the vehicle.
