THIS MORNING: Arizona National Guard troops leaving for Afghanistan

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Soldiers from the Arizona Army National Guard are heading for Afghanistan this morning. This is the second deployment for the unit in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. It's mission is to provide ariel coverage to support ground troops.
The 35 soldiers from Arizona will first go to Fort Hood, Texas for additional training.
