Modern Streetcar construction closure

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Starting today, 2nd street is closed between Park and Palm Drive and between Highland and Cherry Avenues.
It is closed to drivers and bicyclists, but pedestrian access will remain adjacent to construction.
