Teen struck, killed by vehicle while crossing I-19

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A teenager was hit while crossing the highway Friday, according to authorities.
Authorities say 15-year-old Ramses Abel Valenzuela was killed when he crossed Interstate 19 near Irvington Road just before 10 p.m.
Authorities tell 9 On Your Side that he was probably hit by a commercial vehicle and that vehicle did not stop.
