Household hazardous waste collection happening

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) -The Household Hazardous Waste Program is sponsoring an event to help the community get rid of any household hazardous material at Himmel Park on Saturday, April 28.
The goal of this annual outreach collection event is to help people clean out hazardous items they may want to get rid of in a way that does not hurt the environment.
These items include: All of the materials must come from homes. No commerically generated materials will be accepted at the event. If you would like more information about the household hazardous waste collection event you can go to www.tucsonaz.gov/hhw or call 520-791-3171.
