Luke Air Force Base airman killed in cycle crash

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale say an active-duty staff sergeant has been killed in an off-base motorcycle accident.
Base officials say the name of the 29-year-old airman is being withheld until his relatives can be notified.
The sergeant was assigned to the 56th Communications Squadron of the 56th Fighter Wing.
Officials say the motorcycle accident occurred early Saturday, but details still hadn't been released by Monday.
Base officials say a memorial service for the airman is in the planning stages.
