Fatal accident on Irvington Road

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Shea Lyne Brody, 19, was pronounced dead at the scene of a two car accident on the 9900 Block of East Irvington Road 8 a.m., Saturday.
Authorities say a head-on crash occurred near the intersection of Irvington and Houghton roads.
Investigators report Brody's car crossed over a painted lane divider and crashed head-on into a truck, which caused the truck to roll once, before coming to a stop.
The driver of the truck stayed at the scene and co-operated fully with the investigation and was not issued a citation for any reason, according to authorities.
Police state it is unknown if Brody was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
