PCSD identifies woman killed in collision

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Shirley Jo Sanders, 62, has been identified as the woman killed in a serious vehicle collision on Tuesday morning.
Dawn Barkman with PCSD tells KGUN9 that responded to the 5900 block of North Sandario Road & West Rudasill Road in reference to a serious vehicle collision.
A blue Honda SUV was traveling westbound on Rudasill Road and failed to stop for a stop sign. The Honda collided with a gray Mustang convertible that was traveling southbound on Sandario Road, says Barkman.
Sanders, the driver of the mustang was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Honda was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
