Shooting incident at Parker Lake Results in arrest

COCHISE COUNTY, AZ (KGUN9-TV) - A man has been arrested after a shooting incident that has left one person injured at Parker Canyon Lake in the Huachuca Mountains, according to Cochise County Sheriff's spokesperson Carol Capas.
Deputies responded to a report of a shooting at the lake around 1:00 a.m. Saturday. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a man suffering from a graze wound below his left knee, reportedly from a gunshot.
According to witness reports, eight people from Tucson were camping at the lake when 22-year-old Franisco Raul Rodriguez, of Tucson, reportedly began threatening the group with a 9mm handgun.
Rodriguez then forced the victim into his vehicle, before a struggle ensued. During the struggle, the weapon discharged grazing the victim below his left knee.
The victim has been taken to the Sierra Vista Regional Health Care Center for treatment, according to Capas.
Rodriguez has been booked into the Cochise County Jail on Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Endangerment, Recklessly handling a weapon, and Kidnapping charges.
The investigation is being continued by the Cochise County Sheriff's Office.
