One dead, two injured in collision near Fort Huachuca

SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - One soldier has died and two others have been injured following a multiple vehicle accident Thursday morning.
Officer Tracy Grady with Sierra Vista Police tells KGUN9 the collision happened around 2:30 a.m. near milepost 313 on Highway 90.
According to the U.S. Army Fort Huachuca Facebook page, the soldiers were all from the 40th Expeditionary Signal Battalion. The names of the soldier killed in the accident is being withheld pending 24-hours after notification of next of kin. The names of the injured soldiers is also being withheld at this time.
Sierra Vista Police are investigating this collision.
