PIMA COUNTY, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - A man is suffering from burn injuries after trying to move a vehicle from his burning garage.
William Seeley, Public Information Officer with Golder Ranch Fire tells KGUN that units responded to a house fire at the 200 block of West Woodburn Place.
When crews arrived, they found a working garage fire. They also found the homeowner moving his vehicle out into the driveway.
The homeowner suffered burn injures while moving the car out of the burning garage. He was transported by Golder Ranch Paramedics to a local hospital.
Firefighters were dealing with an extreme fire load in the garage due to the amount of combustibles stored inside the garage.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
