Tucson school district considers raising fees

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Fees may be raised at Tucson Unified School District schools for extra curricular activities including sports.
The fee for high school sports is $50 per sport. For middle school students it is a flat $20 fee.
That fee may be increased to $65 per high school sport and $30 per sport for middle school students.
There are several public meetings on the increase this month.
The Vail School District raised their fees to $120 for sports.
