Authorities seek public's help finding missing man

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Pima County Sheriff's Department and the parents of a missing teen are asking for your help. 19-year-old Eli Soloman Rbago wandered off on SUnday. But was last seen on Wednesday in red gym shorts with black stripes. Family members tell us Rabago has a diminished mental capacity and functions at the ability of an 11-year-old. He's 5' 10", weighs about 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Nine On Your Side spoke with his family on Wednesday. Martha Rabago says she is optimistic her son will be found. "We're absolutely opitmistic especially in this town. The way they've responded, we will get to find our son."
