Man injured in motorcycle accident

TUCSON( KGUN9-TV) - Authorities say a motorcyclist is suffering life-threatening injuries after an accident near East Broadway Boulevard and Pantano Road.
The man was not wearing his helmet during the accident, which happened Saturday around 4:15 p.m., according to Tucson Fire Capt. Jeff Langejans.
The rider has been transported to a local trauma center.
Westbound lanes on East Broadway are closed to traffic between Sarnoff and Maguire Avenue for at least three-to-four hours, according to Tucson Police Sgt. Matt Ronstadt.
