BELLEFONTE, Pa. (AP) - The former Penn State assistant football coach charged with child molestation is asking for court permission to see his grandchildren.

Jerry Sandusky's bail conditions forbid him from having contact with anyone under 18. Authorities say he sexually abused 10 boys over a 15-year span. Sandusky says he is innocent.

A motion filed by Sandusky's lawyer in Centre County court asks permission for his 11 grandchildren to visit his home, with parental accompaniment. Sandusky is under house arrest.

The motion filed Friday also asks that Sandusky be able to communicate with his grandchildren by email, phone, text and Skype.

Defense lawyer Joe Amendola says Sandusky's grandchildren want to see their grandfather, and he wants to see them.
