Child hit by car at 22nd St & Country Club

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A child has been struck by a car near 22nd St & Country Club and rushed to an area hospital with serious injuries.
Sgt. Maria Hawke with the Tucson Police Department says that 22nd Street is closed while officers investigate the accident.
Officers were able to locate the boys parents and have taken them to the hospital to be with their son.
