DPS investigating fatal collision

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the collision that lead to the death of Timothy Sexton, 29, from Phoenix.
Officer Quentin G. Mehr tells KGUN9 that on Dec. 8, officers responded to the report of a wrong way driver going westbound in the eastbound lanes of traffic on Interstate 10, milepost 296.
While responding to the incident, officers were advised of a roll over collision at milepost 286 on eastbound Interstate 10, milepost 286.
When officer arrived, they found a GMC passenger vehicle had rolled over off the road and the driver had been ejected. Sexton, died at the scene from injuries.
Driver impairment is suspected in this collision, says Mehr.
