Nogales cop busted on charges of sexual conduct with a minor

NOGALES, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - A Nogales police officer is facing charges of sexual conduct with a minor after he allegedly had a relationship with a 17 year-old high-school student.
Santa Cruz County Attorney George Silva says that they have filed 13 class 6 felony counts on 24 year-old Victor Jesus Valenzuela.
Investigators believe that Valenzuela was involved in a consensual romantic relationship with the teenager. The teen told school officials about the relationship after the couple broke up.
