Tucson Fire responds to house fire

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The cause of an early morning house fire is still under investigation by Tucson Fire.
Jeff Langejans, a spokesperson with TFD tells KGUN9 that they received several for heavy black smoke coming from a single family residence in the 500 block of South Catalina.
Neighbors said that a family with four children lived in the home. A family cat had perished in the blaze.
The family will be receiving assistance from the American Red Cross if necessary.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation and the damage total has not been determined.
