TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Pit bull owners marched at Reid Park on Monday in an effort to support the breed. The march was organized by the pit bull advocacy group "Pit N'Proud".
Supporters gathered from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday in hopes that the march would change people's opinions about pit bull dogs and show that their dogs are friendly.
The group says they attracted over 150 pet owners in support of the breed.
