Police investigating fatal collision, victim identified

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Police are investigating a collision that has left 20-year-old Dulce Ramirez dead.
Sgt. Matt Ronstadt with Tucson Police tells KGUN9 that around 1:00 a.m., officers responded to a single vehicle rollover at Star Pass Road and Mission Road.
Evidence at the scene indicates that a 2003 Buick Regal was traveling from northbound Mission Road onto eastbound Starr Pass via the access road on the south side of Starr Pass. The vehicle first struck the north curb and swerved across the roadway to the south, rolling down an embankment and through a fence.
Officer have not yet been able to determine which of the two occupants was driving at the time of the
collision.
Detectives are investigating the possibility of alcohol as a factor in this collision.
