Owner of pit bull that attacked a Tucson man charged with 14 counts

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Police have charged 24 year-old Kevin Nelson with 14 misdemeanor counts after police say two of his pit bull dogs attacked an elderly male and his dog.
A Tucson Police officer shot and killed the dogs after they continued to act aggressively towards the citizens and the officer.
Nelson's charges include six counts of a vicious or destructive animal, two counts each for vaccination required, license required, license tag to be worn, and dog being at large.
Officers issued a criminal citation to Nelson for the misdemeanor violations of the Tucson City Code.
