U.S. Border Patrol agents find $1.6 million worth of pot

TUCSON (AP) - U.S. Border Patrol Agents have been busy. Over the past week., they found 3,200 pounds of marijuana worth $1.6 million.
Agents were tracking a group of illegal immigrants Sunday when they discovered six bundles of pot worth $139,000.
Also on Sunday, an automated sensor led agents to another five bundles weighing about 218 pounds. That stash was worth $109,000.
Routine searches last week also resulted in three busts, which took $1.2 million dollars worth of marijuana off the streets.
