Suspects in store robbery sting caught

TUCSON (KGUN-TV) - Authorities have detained a man who allegedly took part in four convenience store robberies in the Tucson area.
Tucson police reported Friday that 18-year-old Joseph Slay-Hernandez is in currently in jail, after police connected him to the May 26th robberies.
According to police, Slay-Hernandez is facing multiple counts of kidnapping, armed robbery, aggravated robbery and aggravated assault.
Slay-Hernandez was arrested at his mother's home in Tucson on Aug. 18th. Authorities say another suspect in the case was arrested May 28th; a third man has yet to be located.
Tucson police and the Pima County Sheriff's Department are working on this case because some stores were outside the city limits.
