TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - One teen is dead, and four others have been injured as the result of a crash at Houghton and Andrada.

Deputy Cody Gress with the Pima County Sheriff's Department says the call for the collision came in at 8:30 a.m.

A single vehicle carrying five males was traveling at excessive speeds and passing in a no passing area lost control at a curve and rolled.

Two males were ejected from the vehicle. One 16-year-old male was pronounced deceased at the scene, and the 25-year-old driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police believe alcohol and speed were factors in the collision.

Houghton has reopened after being closed for several hours.
