A Tucson man was sentenced to 41 months in prison after pleading guilty to abusive sexual contact of a minor.
Michael Alvarez Martinez, 48, was arrested by the FBI and Pascua Yaqui police.
When he is released he will be placed on lifetime federal supervision and be required to register as a sex offender.
