The man accused of killing his step daughter and dumping her body in Vail was in court Friday.
Joshua Lelevier did not speak. His defense attorney entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.
Lelevier is facing several charges including murder, abandonment of a body, and sexual exploitation of a minor.
This new court appearance was the result of additional charges after detectives say they found evidence Lelevier took secret pictures of Jayden Glomb as she was in a bathroom.
Her body was found in May. Lelevier's next court appearance is August.
