Pima County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man accused of burglarizing a middle school.
Deputies say 48-year-old Paul David Chavez broke into Hohokam Middle School, 7400 S. Settler Ave. Sunday. He faces charges of third-degree burglary, aggravated criminal damage, possession of burglary tools and resisting arrest.
He was booked into Pima County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
