A 4th Avenue restaurant that has been open for 44 years will close at the end of June.
Delectables is closing it's doors because the owners sold the property.
Owners say something new will go in that space, but there's no word yet on what will take over.
Delectables catering services will continue.
The restaurant's last day of business will be June 30th.
