The NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl, along with other major sponsors, presented a $75,000 check to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson.
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucsonwas named one of the primary beneficiaries of the inaugural NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl, which took place in December 2015.
“It was our goal when we agreed to become the title sponsor of the inaugural NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl that we would be able to make a significant impact on local charities in Tucson," said Jon Volpe, CEO of NOVA Home Loans."In addition to this $75,000 check to the Boys and Girls Clubs, 20 other local Tucson charities also received a check from the NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl."
Ali Farhang, the leader of the Bowl Organizing Committee said, "If it weren’t for major sponsors that stepped up to support the Bowl which not only produced a charitable impact, but also a significant economic impact for Southern Arizona, we would not be able to donate this money to these charities."
