MESA, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say a young girl needed help from paramedics after an arrow lodged in her neck at an archery range in Mesa.
Rural Metro Fire officials say the 7-year-old girl fell on the arrow Sunday afternoon at Usery Mountain Regional Park.
The name of the girl wasn't immediately released and no other details about the accident were disclosed.
