Customs and Border Protection have arrested 63-year-old Ruben Duran Munoz for the attempted murder and aggravated assault of Marana businessman John Kai Jr. that happened on May 4.
CBP took him into custody at the Dennis DeConcini pedestrian crossing at the Nogales Port of Entry.
According to Marana Police Department Sgt. Chris Warren, the incident happened in the 6000 block of West Arizona Pavillions Drive, near Cortaro and Arizona Pavillions.
