Sierra Vista teen booked on murder, kidnapping, sex charges

SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - A teenager is under arrest Sunday for murder, kidnapping, and sex charges. Theodore R. Ramos, 17, is accused of first-degree murder.
Ramos is also facing charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault and 10 counts of sexual assault, according to the Sierra Vista Police Department press release.
Police did not release any other information related to the incident at this time.
All authorities are saying is that they responded to a home in the Mountain Shadows subdivision around 6:10 a.m. Sunday.
Ramos has been booked into the Cochise County jail.
