House fire displaces Tucson family
TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A late morning house fire displaced a Tucson family on Wednesday.
The home is located at 7275 East 28th Street, in the area of 29th and Kolb. Firefighters were called to the scene just after 9 a.m.; the fire was already about 50 percent involved.
According to TFD spokesperson Cpt. Jeff Langejans, a mother and four children lived in the home but were not home at the time of the fire. The Red Cross is currently assisting the family. Two pets believed to have been in the home have not been found.
Damage is estimated at $150,000. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
