Guy Atchley's AZ - Habitat for Humanity

Every year on the anniversary of the tragic 9/11 attacks, Habitat for Humanity Tucson begins construction on several homes, building them from the ground up, to not only memorialize the victims, but to celebrate hope, community and the American dream at their annual Building Freedom Day.
This year on Building Freedom Day, September 11, 2012, with the help of volunteers, they began building four new homes.
Nearly 400 volunteers from sponsoring organizations joined in to help raise the walls on the homes.
Since the first Building Freedom Day in 2002, more than 6,000 volunteers have come together to start construction on a total of 80 Habitat homes at Building Freedom Day. Each volunteer has had a hand in changing the lives of those 80 families forever.
Also included in this album are professional photographs of the families who will receive homes. Every year, Guy Atchley donates his services for this project.
