The next All Souls Procession on Fourth Avenue is set for Sunday, November 6, 2011. Fourth Avenue is always a happening place, but ironically, it really comes alive on the Day of the Dead celebration. I'm always surprised and amazed by the makeup and the costumes that people come up with.
