A full-day event featuring five speakers, including a medical doctor, an ultra-endurance athlete, an author and a cookbook author. All will present information about how best to improve individual health and to reduce the epidemic of chronic diseases crippling the U.S. They will also discuss the profound effects food choices have on the sustainability of the planet. Meat-less meals have become increasingly popular among the omnivorous population due to its ability to bolster physical well-being and assist with weight loss.
