Citizens for Solar will be hosting its 30th Annual Solar Potluck and Exhibition at Catalina State Park on Saturday, April 28 from 10 am until sundown. The Solar Potluck is one of the longest continuously running solar events in the world. We'll have dozens of solar chefs preparing a wide range of foods on solar cookers of all types. We'll also have speakers, musicians and exhibitors. Around 5:00, we'll all get together for the solar potluck - where everyone is welcome to join in our solar-cooked feast.
