The Merchants of Monterey Court Studio Galleries are hosting a book festival event to raise money to help a local woman raise $40k to get the correct diagnosis and treatment for her tumor. Merchants will be donating many beautiful items for raffle and silent auction prizes, along with more than 20 local authors signing and selling their books will partical proceeds going to the event. Also featured is face painting, chair massage, dessert bar, "Grey Matter" jewelry, live music, dance performances, patio bar and BBQ. Ample event parking is located just west of Montery Court proper. Serena is a community activist and self-employed web designer. Now, we need the community to help her!
