Ina is a Southern Arizona native. She graduated from Nogales High School and then received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona with a double major in Communication and Media Arts.

Ina was a sister of Gamma Alpha Omega and participated with the University of Arizona Marching and Pep Bands.
Ina began her career after college working as a Promotions Assistant for Journal Broadcast Group and shortly after became a Promotions Director for Clear Channel Radio.
A few years later, Ina got bit by the news bug and started working as an Assignment Editor for KGUN.
During her time at KGUN, Ina has taken on the additional roles of Web Producer and Internship Coordinator. She most recently moved into the position of Assignment Manager.
In her free time, Ina loves to sleep, read, watch television, go to concerts and watch sports (especially anything that involves the Arizona Wildcats).
