Kevin Keen joined the KGUN9 News team as a general assignment reporter in September 2011. Before coming to Tucson, he reported for WQOW in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in Minneapolis, majoring in broadcast journalism and Latin American studies. While in school, he interned at KSTP-TV in Minneapolis-St. Paul. He also studied and interned for nonprofit organizations in Argentina and Ecuador, allowing him to learn Spanish and broaden his digital journalism skills.

In Wisconsin, Kevin covered statewide budget protests, summer floods, homicide investigations and the people who live there. Now, he’s excited to be part of the 9 On Your Side team and call the Old Pueblo home.
