Second arrest made in Sierra Vista theft case

SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - A second arrest has been made in the Hope Depot theft case out of Sierra Vista.

28 year-old Helgar Rosas has been booked into the Cochise County Jail for trafficking in stolen property, theft and witness tampering and is being held on a $25,000 bond.

Back in February, the Sierra Vista Police Department began an investigation into an internal theft case at Home Depot located at the 3500 block of Avenida Cochise.

This case involved over $10,000 dollars in product.

This investigation has resulted in the arrest of 6 other individuals.

Sierra Vista Police is continuing the investigation including reviewing surveillance video and other evidence and are expecting to make more arrests.
