If you are a Dish or Direct TV customer, and are experiencing difficulties receiving KGUN 9's signal, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We experienced interference in our relay signal from the studio to the transmitter last weekend. That has been corrected.
All over the air and cable signals are "clean." You can receive KGUN with "rabbit ears," an antenna, without using a satellite dish system.
However, some Dish and Direct TV customers are still having periodic signal issues. We understand that Dish and Direct TV will install new equipment to pick up a better signal from KGUN.
Our engineering team is in constant daily communication with Dish to help them resolve the issue.
