Tucson Police Investigating a Bank Robbery

TUCSON, AZ - On November 09, 2009, officers from Operations Division East responded to the Tucson Federal Credit Union located at 8145 E. 22nd St. regarding a robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned that the suspect entered the bank, showed the teller a gun and demanded money. The suspect left the bank with an undisclosed amount of US currency and fled the scene on foot.

Tucson Police Department Robbery Detectives responded to the scene to investigate the robbery.  After interviewing witnesses and employees, it was determined that the suspect is a White Male in his late 30’s-40, 5”-11”, and weighs approximately 170-185 pounds, and is bald.  He was wearing a yellow shirt, dark jeans and tan shoes, with a dark baseball hat.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect or further information on the robbery is urged to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
