PHOENIX (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden will be in Phoenix on Monday morning to lead a discussion with community members on the recovery act's impact on economic development in Arizona.

His office says he will focus on act's effect on small business lending, public works projects and teaching jobs.

The vice president will lead the discussion at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

The airport received more than $11 million in stimulus money to build a new taxiway.
